  Just the extra star for drive-thru, b/c Vancouver doesn't have this--thankfully for its KFC.
  
  nice to have the option of tachos here, but when you eat as much as I do in DT Vancouver, plenty of good mexican restos instead ;)
  
  Still, it's one of the nicest, stand-alone KFCs, bright, medium-sized with lots of parking in this huge plaza.

  I really wish that I can give 0 stars tk startWorst location ever to get anything. Not trained at all. Line ups are very long and waste of time. They dont even take orders when there are people at the drive through and they let you hanging for 20mins waiting for them to take the order. They dont know how to work. Very rude and none of them smile. This is the only place open late in Langley to get chicken but its always a terrible experience.

  Service was slow, food was not fresh (although the guy told me the reason for the delay was because the chicken was just coming out of the fryer...), grease all over the bag. Try the location in the mall.

  This is my first negative review on Yelp and hands down the worst Taco Bell experience that I've had. We went through the drive thru and had such a hard time communicating (I grew up in Asia and was even translating for my husband) that the cashier said to order at the window. We still were having trouble ordering so we gave up and went inside to order. At the drive thru, we were told that there was no root beer. Inside, root beer was available because the other machine had it. What???
  
  The staff didn't know what sauces went with what food - including ketchup for the fries - and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Plus the additional 5 min in the drive thru with no line in either spot.
  
  I am a sucker for a Double Decker Supreme but this location is off my list. I have 3 small kids with me and they just about lost their marbles waiting that long. I look for 3 things: service, great food and family friendliness. This is a definitely a miss on all three.

  This is the worst location I have ever been. Always a big line up cause they are super slow.
  Employees don't know how to use the cashier computer, have no idea what are their offers.
